Prefab Construction:
Prefabricated Construction is a methodology where steel structure which forms the main crux of the structure is manufactured in the factory and the frame is assembled in the site and then the walls, concreting and finishes are done at the site. PreCast Construction Methodology is where all the structural elements and components are manufactured at either site or factory and assembled at site and then the finishes are done at the site. Precast buildings offer great strength and reliability over the period of time. Classic example for these structures are apartments, bridges and metros. These structures lasts long.
